WE ASK FOR:

– Transparency on procedures and release times of stay permits, for those who partecipated to the regularisation.
– not charging the workers with a high price payment for the latest hoax, due to the incompetence of a system that does not work.
– The abolition of accomodation eligibility requirement, an impediment to the permission release, which has always been difficult to obtain.

WE ASK FOR:

– A stay permit for those who did not fall within the restrictive parameters of the 2020 regularisation, but have lived and worked in our country for years, with the aim of getting them out of invisibility caused by a mocking regularisation that did not want to see them. The Lamorgese decree provided the possibility of obtaining a “special protection” stay permit lasting 2 years and convertible into a working permit. The police headquarters must be able to release the stay permit, without submitting an application for international protection.
– A moratorium on the income requirement. In the middle of the economic crisis caused by Covid-19 epidemic, keeping binding at a minimum income the procedures for the renewal of the stay permit, for family reunification and the application for citizenship, is unthinkable.

E’ trascorso un anno dal decreto del governo italiano che annunciava in grande stile, lacrime della ministra incluse, la possibilità di ottenere un permesso di soggiorno per chi era già presente nel territorio italiano. A distanza di dieci mesi dalla chiusura di una sanatoria escludente e complicata sono state evase poco più del 5% di tutte le richieste pervenute. Vi è una immobilità totale delle prefetture, una richiesta sempre più complessa di documentazione e un accanimento attraverso circolari ministeriali che tolgono diritti invece di semplificare. Da un anno i lavoratori e le lavoratrici dei due settori prescelti (agricoltura e cura) sono in attesa di una convocazione che non arriva. Da un anno uomini e donne sono sottoposti a ricatti e sfruttamento da parte dei datori di lavoro e c’è chi un datore di lavoro nel frattempo l’ha perso. Questo provoca ostacoli insormontabili sia per vedersi garantiti i diritti fondamentali, tra cui quello alla salute, e sia per accedere alle (poche) prestazioni sociali disponibili. Perché oltre il danno di aver pagato i costi di una procedura illogica non ci sia anche la beffa di rimanere senza documenti

CHIEDIAMO:

-Chiarezza sulle procedure e sui tempi di rilascio dei permessi di soggiorno per coloro che sono riusciti partecipare alla sanatoria.
-Che non siano i lavoratori e le lavoratrici a dover subire l’incompetenza di un sistema che non funziona subendo l’ennesima beffa pagata a caro prezzo.
-L’abrogazione del requisito dell’idoneità dell’alloggio, requisito ostativo al rilascio del permesso e che da sempre è di difficile ottenimento.

PER TUTTE E TUTTI CHIEDIAMO:

-Un permesso di soggiorno anche per coloro che non rientravano nei parametri restrittivi delle procedure del 2020, ma che da anni vivono e lavorano nel nostro paese per uscire dall’invisibilità alla quale sono stati condannati da una sanatoria beffa che non ha voluto vederli. Il decreto Lamorgese ha previsto la possibilità di ottenere un permesso di soggiorno per protezione speciale della durata di 2 anni e convertibile in permesso per lavoro. Questo titolo di soggiorno deve poter essere chiesto e rilasciato diretta-mente dalle questure senza formalizzare una domanda di protezione internazionale.
– Una moratoria sul requisito del reddito. In piena crisi economica dovuta al Covid-19 non è pensabile continuare a vincolare le procedure per il rinnovo del titolo di soggiorno, per il ricongiungi-mento familiare e la richiesta di cittadinanza ad una quota minima di reddito.

Défendons l’acte de régularisation

Une année s’est passée dès que le gouvernement italien avait annoncé avec grandiloquence la possibilité d’obtenir un permis de séjour pour tous ceux qui se trouvaient sur le territoire italien.
Dix mois après la clôture d’un acte de régularisation excluant et compliqué seulement 5% des demandes parvenues ont été prises en charge.
Il y a une immobilité totale des préfectures, une requête de plus en plus compliquée de documentation et un acharnement de circulaires ministérielles qui ôtent des droits au lieu de simplifier.
Depuis une année les travailleurs et les travailleuses des deux secteurs choisis (agriculture et santé) attendent une convoca-
tion qui n’arrive pas.
Depuis une année hommes et femmes sont soumis à chantages et exploitation de la part des employeurs compte tenu que,
entre temps, il y a ceux qui n’ont plus d’employeur.
Cela empêche inexorablement d’avoir assurance des droits fondamentaux, parmi lesquels celui à la santé, et de pouvoir accéder aux (quelques) prestations sociales disponibles. Cen’est guère souhaitable qu’après avoir payé le prix d’une procédure illogique il y ait aussi le dommage de rester sans documents.

Nous demandons:

– Clarifier les procédures et le temps des permis de séjourpour ceux qui n’ont pu être admis à l’acte de régularisation.
– Travailleurs et travailleuses ne doivent pas subir les conséquences d’un système qui ne fonctionne pas.
– L’abrogation des conditions requises pour obtenir une habitation, étant donné que les conditions requises sont d’obstacle à la délivrance du permis de séjour.

Pour toutes et pour tous nous demandons:

– Un permis de séjour même pour ceux qui ne rentraient pas dans les paramètres restrictifs des procédures de 2020, mais qui vivent et travaillent dans notre pays et qui désirent se rendre visibles du moment qu’un acte de régularisation injuste n’a pas voulu les voir.
– Une suspension de la condition requise pour le revenu. Au milieu d’une crise économique due au Covid 19 on ne peut pas penser de continuer à lier les procédures pour le renouvellement du permis de séjour, pour la réunion de la famille et la demande de citoyenneté à un minimum de quote-part du revenu.
